Thank you Samuel Aiala Ferreira and Dan Walker for providing a calendar control that works strictly with HTML. I basically needed something that didn't require money and for the web hosting site to install. So after two days of some tweaking, I can use it for any form and control by passing them into the page that displays the calendar control which is a popup in my application. I also added two more fields: one to show the selected date and another to submit to the opener.
I also appreciate the simplicity of the code in the class and its simple aesthetics.
