Do you have wrapper class for mysqli ? please share link if you have already built wrapper class for mysqli.

You might try UltimateSQLPDO at https://www.phpclasses.org/package/10844-PHP-Access-MySQL-databases-using-the-PDO-extension.html.

if that doesn't work, I have a modified and augmented version that I am using with PHP 7.1.
